Although my main work is around "public speaking" - its really about any time you feel you are the centre of attention and feel flustered. The difficulty of having everyone's eyes on you can make akward to be in a meeting or a party. Many people who come on my courses talk about avoiding events that put them into such situations or finding ways of being late or other strategies to not be seen.

So the course is about re-thinking what it takes to be the centre of attention. If we can change how we see public speaking and being the centre of attention we can just get on with life and not worry about what people are thinking about us.
